Replacement of the hot area and the combustion chamber

A hot section inspection can be scheduled based on either the running time or the condition of the gas turbine and can vary depending on the type and configuration. Our engineers will carefully dismantle the hot section, clean, inspect and replace the necessary parts if necessary, according to the agreed scope.

However, the inspection is not limited to the hot section only, as our engineers will thoroughly examine all other components of the gas turbine. This is because even minor issues in other parts could potentially lead to serious damage.

In the event that damaged parts are identified during the inspection, CEM can offer repairs or replacement parts from our extensive inventory of high quality spare parts.

In addition to the inspection, our team will also examine the entire gas turbine package including all associated equipment, auxiliaries and casings to prevent potential problems during start-up and ensure that your gas turbine delivers the expected power and performance.
