SOLAR MARS 90 – is an energy-efficient, innovative, industrial twin-shaft gas turbine. Natural gas is used as the main fuel.

The main characteristics of the gas turbine are:

  • 15-stage axial compressor, compression ratio πK= 16.3
  • SoLoNOx low-emission combustion chamber, including 14 burners. NOx emission is not more than 25 ppm;
  • two-stage high-pressure turbine;
  • two-stage low-pressure turbine.

SOLAR MARS 90 GTUs are installed in a casing to reduce noise level.

Technical characteristics:

  • Type of fuel used – natural gas;
  • Electric power – 9.45 MW;
  • Voltage up to 13.8 kV, current frequency – 50 Hz;
  • Overall dimensions (DxWxH): 14,5 m; 2,8 m; 3,63 m;
  • Weight – 67,6 tons.

SOLAR MARS 90 GTU is equipped with low-emission combustion chamber (CC) SoLoNOx. The burner device – is combined, with the possibility of operation on different types of fuel. Natural gas is used as the main fuel, and kerosene, diesel, liquefied gas as a reserve fuel.

The unit is equipped with a three-phase NEMA class F generator.

The SOLAR MARS 90 energy module includes a complete air supply system, exhaust system, fire safety and alarm systems. In addition, the power module is equipped with various additional equipment and maintenance platforms.

SOLAR MARS 90 gas turbine units are designed and manufactured according to the highest quality standards and ensure maximum operational reliability under any load conditions.
