The MS5001 series gas turbines are part of GE’s Frame 5 industrial line and are currently in active use in the power generation industry. The first MS5001 single-shaft turbine was manufactured in 1961 in the USA. Due to its high efficiency and reliability, the MS5001 immediately established itself as the best model. Profitable in operation, the turbines became an ideal option for power generation, which is why the production of the updated MS5001 continues today.

The performance of modern models with a capacity of 26-30 MW is considered optimal for the largest enterprises in Russia, America and Europe. MS5001 construction features

MS5001 turbines have the simplest possible design and three main features:

  • A 17-stage axial compressor;
  • A 10-chamber combustion system suitable for burning a variety of fuels including natural gas, distillates, crude and residual oil;
  • A two-stage turbine.

I stage blade (OEM part number 314B7158G015)

Fits MS5001 M/PA/RA model. Operates at temperatures up to 963 °C. There are 120 parts in the set. Choice of alloy is optional IN-738LC or MAR-M247. HVOF blade coating. The weight of the model is 1.4 kg. Parts for equipment installation are included.

 

Stage I Blade (OEM part number 314B7158G003)

Fits MS5001 (L-P) turbine. Firing temperature up to 943 °C. Includes 120 parts, including hardware installation parts. IN-738LC alloy with HVOF coating. The weight of the model is 1.2 kg.

 

Stage II Blade (OEM part number 314B7159G006)

Fits model M/PA/RA. Use at temperatures up to 963 °C. Kit contains 90 parts, including hardware installation parts. IN738-LC alloy. The coating is customized. The weight of the model is 2 kg.
